Comprehension
Columset evaluates candidates’ comprehension skills as they relate to public safety and risk awareness. Columset conducts these assessments independently — helping reduce internal bias.
Before formal screening, Columset conducts face-to-face language comprehension screening. While artificial intelligence could be used to administer a quick screening, human interaction is required due to documented attempts to circumvent AI-based assessments.
Note: For organizations that require Columset verification, all processes strictly adhere to local, state and federal laws and regulations. Importantly, Columset neither collects nor displays information related to race, ethnicity, or religion. Any such will be removed before results are shared with the respective individuals and organizations.
